How perpetual resets work at the protocol level and what is currently visible in the app.
Perpetual markets are designed to run indefinitely. Resets allow the system to snapshot positions and restart pricing while keeping the market live long term.
Reset timing and parameters are configured on-chain and may evolve as policy is finalized.
Today, reset events are reflected in market data and chart history. Dedicated reset countdowns and reset-claim banners are not exposed as first-class UI elements yet.
If you are trading perpetual markets, treat resets as protocol-level lifecycle events that can temporarily pause trading and rebase pricing.
